I can't get this device to work with my MacBook Pro. I have been in touch with seller several times trying to solve the problem. After three unsuccessful email conversations they lost interest and stopped replying. So now I have an expensive HDD enclosure I can only use with USB cable connection. Not NAS and not WiFI!

Well, I bought these off of amazon, and there is no manual, no documentation anywhere except the engineers head. Product would probably be decent if there was any way to manipulate it since it has a spot to plug in a pc connection , but since there is no explanation, no app, your limited to a couple factory presets and that's it.
