I absolutely love this ESC. We’ve used many of them in our vintage RC Trucks, and our modern RC Vehicles as well. It’s waterproof, and extremely durable, and Reliable

I’ve been running this esc in a axial scx10 Frankenstein build for probably about 6 months. It’s been great on 3s lipo.

These are my go to speed controllers when building boats. I have bought several over the years for numerous boats and never had an issue or a failure.

Works nice on 2S Lipo. I did need to set my transmitter to invert the forward/backward control to get the fwd/rev/brake mode to work.

HOLY SMOKES! This esc is crazy! I bought this as a cheap upgrade for my traxxas 4tec 2.0 that has stock brushed electronics and while I wasn't expecting too much for $22, this thing really surprised me.Let me first mention this is a bare bones esc, there is no programming outside of battery type and drive type (f/b/r. F/R. F/B). But if you want an esc that you literally just slap in the car and go, this is what you want. With a simple change to a Traxxas battery plug I was off and running, no calibrating, no settings to play with, just turn on and go.My main reason for purchasing this was simply because it is 3s capable and all but 1 of my batteries are 3s(dont think I'll be needing 3s for this car though 🤪 see video)This is with the stock 12T traxxas motor. Turned it into an absolute rocket ship.If you want a cheap esc that will simply work, look no further. While it doesn't have the different modes that the traxxas esc has(race,sport,training..which I might add was actually perfect for playing in my basement), it puts out much more power. So much for playing in the house anymore...🤣

About 3 months ago, I Bought 1 & it was DOA. I contacted amazon about this, & they easily replaced the first & told me to keep the other also. Later I found the issue of the esc not turning on due to a loose power line. The 2nd replacement was the exact same issue ironically. So it went great for awhile, but last night as I was prepping my SCX24 for a new servo coming, i only relocated the esc further back & no wire adjustments. Reinspected everything verifying it was good, & it was great. Turned it on, (only motor connected) & it was working fine. Throttle fwd, a couple feet at very low speed, & it suddenly stopped. I tried again, it made a chime I've never heard from this esc before. It was a 3 chime tune, but in a different note. I was puzzled. I tried hitting the throttle once more this time all the way, & suddenly it went up in smoke & I quickly disconnected it from the battery, chucking the battery through my window & into the neighbor's kitchen window shattering it in the process. I shrugged it off & inspected the esc, it was hot as I was in highschool! Minus the smell of burnt wiring. I later plugged in a new fully charged battery (2s), & it made a sizzling sound along with smoke again! So I know now its grounding somewhere within but idk yet exactly where. Tonight I'll be performing an autopsy to find the cause of death. As for the 2nd replacement, it oddly gave out when I connected it to a 5V 2A power source. I'll take the blame on that even if the specs say it can handle 6V @3A. I'll recommend it if you have cool neighbors & quick thinking in the event the chime of death occurs. As for now, I'll be going back to my chinese 30A, bidirectional, cheap, esc which is also another notoriously known esc for fire & burning up. I've found the issue earlier & fixed about 2 of them I had laying around. I'll probably purchase a pack of 4 of those incase my neighbor needs an esc for the battery I chucked over (which was still fine btw) so I know this esc has some sort of battery protection system judging by similar stories about others with a fried esc.

Installed a few of these on 1/16 WPL models (overkill). Takes them to the next level of enjoyment with the quiet slow speed crawl capability and 100% drag brake. Love it.Avoid those ~$10 10/20/30A brushed ESCs, they're noisy, have terrible low speed performance, and no drag brake. I've tried a bunch - they're all the same, terrible. Spend the extra $10 and figure out where to mount the 1060.

I had my doubts for sure but it has absolutely no issues powering a traxxas villain ex with duel 21 turn brushed motors. Never even had overheating issues even while it was running on 3S lipo. I would definitely buy again.
