First FPV goggles I buy, because my training quad came with a cheap one. As I bought more FPV drones I wanted something more professional. I bought my first FATSHARK. I didn't know that it is made to wear with glasses. So in the beginning I'm like, these goggles are not good. I but than I saw a YouTube video of people using it with glasses. So I started wearing it with my glasses on. I have big glasses, so it fits only if I put it diagonal. I don't get no bad feeling when I'm flying, but when I put the goggle on my head to change battery or quad, it is painful with the glasses in it. And taking it out and putting it back takes a bit, so I prefer bearing the pain. But quality wise it is a good goggle. I don't know if I need any extra module to give it more distance though. I strongly think changes need to be done on my VTX on the quad. So I'm trying that first.

Great but the description said nothing about missing the charging cord. Guess I'll spend more money and buy what's missing...

My first experience with FPV goggles were the ones in the BetaFPV Cetus kit. They were sufficient but I am near sighted and found it hard to focus. These Fat Shark Scout goggles were a HUGE step up which surprised me. The screen is larger and I find I can focus on it perfectly with no corrective lenses. They are comfortable. There is a gap over my nose but I don't find it to be a problem since I am focusing forward. The DVR is great to have and works well. It is fun to relive flights sometimes. On my first day flying my iFlight A75 the VTX antenna came off in a crash. After looking at the video I realized I was searching in the wrong place in my yard. I found it thanks to getting a good idea of where to look based on the video from the crash.I fly 30 minutes at a time generally and I only use 80% of the battery.I highly recommend these goggles!

I hit 40 years old and needed to go to wearing the 'readers' to see. I was concerned about FPV gear and needing to opt in to wearing my glasses and these worked perfectly. I've only got 4-5 hours under-the-hood but so far I have no complaints.

Arrived with case. Simple to get going. Top off the charge on the battery, screw on the antennae. During the charge I recommend to download the manual if your new to the FPV scene. Its to the point and fairly a quick read. Once the headset was powered on I already had the basic menu navigation down. powered up my first FPV drone and this thing connected immediately. I find that I can take off my glasses and wear this. No issues with seeing the screen, and I have a bad vision script. My glasses do fit if I choose to wear them however. Overall a good purchase and so far have ran this non stop for 2 weekends. I bought 16 1s batteries so my kids and I can fly for long periods and learn.

I need my glasses. These allow for them and are very clear and easy to use. The padding could use a bit of adjustability, I have an enormous cranium, but still 5 stars.

Nice clear video images. Good quality video recorder. I don't really need anything else for my kind of FPV flying.

Upgraded to these from the EMax set, and absolutely love them! Great picture, wide FOV, easy to navigate UI, DVR records very clear. These are diversity, the patch antenna is integrated into the front of the goggles. Tad pricey for box goggles, but worth it in my opinion.

Im an absolute beginner to FPV, with about a month of flying in. I needed something better than the Goggles that came in my kit and I have to say that these goggles are indeed much better than I could have expected. I am farsighted which of Course means I need glasses to see things close up. Happened with Age, LOL. and surprisingly I do not need my classes with these Goggles. I can see the image clearly with not problems. There are very easy to use controls and you can use all the functions easily without taking them off. With the exception of putting in an SD card. It does not come with an HSD card.Yes these goggles have a built in DVR which also means you can record your flights. The file size is small because the resolution is not HD quality but they will allow you to share your flights with friends and family.I would also find a reliable source for a spare 18650 battery if you would like to have a spare, and only use the flat top battery like the one it comes with. The others are too large and will not fit. This is a fantastic box Goggle and I am so happy with my purchase. I may look to upgrading to a different style Goggle in the future but for now this will do the trick. These will not work with a digital system.Don't forget to click helpful if this review helped you in any way. It's fitted for a narrow or smaller than average face. I had to add to the foam to get it to fit, but that was no problem.

The screen quality and features of the goggles are good for the price, but I just could not get them fitting well enough to work correctly. My medium sized glasses were a very tight fit inside and there were very large gaps for light to leak around my nose and cheeks.I suppose I have an above average sized face/head. This forced me to rest the top padding of the goggles just barely above my eyes, pressing on my eyebrows to be able to clearly see the entire screen. No matter how I adjusted the straps, the goggles were either too tight or too loose.I suppose someone with a smaller/flatter face would have better luck with these than I did, but for me they were basically unusable.

I really like the Fatshark Scout. it was a reasonable cost and has a reasonable picture. I also tried some cool goggles like the Eachine 200D, it has a cool factor but was uncomfortable and I sent it back. My Scout is better than others. I like this unit. works good and is reliable. thank you Fatshark.
