Suitable for measuring the angle of helicopter rotors with blade root thickness of 5mm/8mm/10mm/12mm/14mm [blade root thickness of 2.5mm-5mm and mounting hole ≥ M2.5]. The metal parts are made of 6061T6 aluminum alloy with high-precision five axis CNC machining.
The top digital tilt angle box has a magnetic adsorption measurement surface function, two measurement angles, and one click switching between two units of slope and angle. Equipped with a Type-C charging cable and charging function, there is no need to worry about battery failure during use. LCD high-definition display with backlight function, can still be seen clearly in sunlight.
This mini digital inclinometer/pitch measuring instrument HOT100006 can measure the angle of the tail rotor.
When measuring the angle of the tail rotor, the horizontal bubble should be placed horizontally.
If testing the tail rotor, the bottom metal parts should be disassembled first to reduce weight and minimize interference.
Before use, place the bottom of the pitch gauge on a relatively flat part of the motor or helicopter. In the power on state, press the power button on the top of the digital tilt angle box briefly, and the number on the screen will change to "0.00" and display the character "REF".
If the main rotor is being tested, the pitch angle is obtained by adding or removing metal plates based on the thickness of the blade root and embedding the metal parts into the main rotor clamp.
Choose the M2.5 or M3 hole position based on the installation hole of the blade root, use the corresponding screw, remove the incompatible screw, insert the back of the L-shaped bottom plate into the tail rotor clamp, and tighten the screw.
