Works well, setup is easy if your patient. Doesn't have a ground, but there is no metal parts exposed so in my opinion this would be unnecessary. As a product Safety specialist professionally, I would feel better with a certification from a us NRTLs, but as an experimenter I feel safe enough with this unit. It is only as wide as a single switch, so if you are replacing 3 switches, you will need to buy a 2 switch block off plate and shave it down to cover up the extra space you no longer need. No more getting up to turn on the fan or turn off the bed light is amazing and worth it. Would buy again!
