BETAFPV LiteRadio 2 Radio Transmitter 2.4G 8CH Remote Controller Bayang / Frsky Protocol for FPV Racing Drone Simulator


After the latest round of beta test, the final version of LiteRadio 2 radio transmitter is released. Based on the beta version, this transmitter supports two protocols seperately-Bayang protocol and Frsky protocol. In addition, you can press and hold the bind button to choose the D16/D8 verion. The default version is Frsky D8 Protocol.

LiteRadio 2 is powered by OpenTX firmware. Totally 8 channels and has real gimbal sticks. It is designed for FPV racing starters.
This radio tansmitter can act as a USB Joystick when connected to a personal computer. So that you could use it to play FPV simulator like EREADRONE.
The trainer function is available for this LiteRadio 2 transmitter. It is useful for FPV racing student in training.
The LiteRadio 2 transmitter runs the OpenTX 2.2.4 firmware. OpenTX comes with a computer-based graphical user interface, OpenTX Companion. Pilots could use OpenTX Companion is trim the gimbal central value. 
This transmitter supports Bayang protocol and Frsky protocol (D16/ D8). You can press and hold the bind button to choose the D16/D8 verion. The default version is Frsky D8 Protocol. 
It is a challenge for BETAFPV to produce our own radio transitter. This is the first one but not the last.

There would be some issue with the first batch. Look forward to the beta test from everyone in needed, like FPV training organization, FPV Hobby starters or trainer.

How to switch the protocol (D16/D8 Version)
Press and hold the bind button, then press the power button until the purple light is flashing. The flashing LED indicates different protocol the LiteRadio works on.
