The TLV3501 is a high-speed, single-channel push-pull output comparator with a delay time of 4.5 ns and supply voltage: +2.7 V to +5.5 V. With one input out of swing common mode range makes it ideal for low voltage applications. The rail-to-rail output can directly drive CMOS or TTL logic. This module can shape wide voltage range daily signals and serve as a front-end conditioning module for frequency, phase difference, and other time-domain measurements.
