Need to implement PWM temperature control function conditions:
1. The fan is a 4-pin PWM fan. This is very important. There are many motherboards with 4-pin connectors and they are not true PWM fan jacks.
They are regulated by voltage and need attention. This type of motherboard cannot implement PWM control fans.
