J2, CLKRUN # capacitor delay, currently not supported by software, only for R&D engineers to plug in capacitors for testing delay. Inserting a 1uf capacitor causes a delay of approximately 2.2 seconds, inserting a 2.2u capacitor causes a delay of approximately 5 seconds, and so on.
