Product Description

LD020 is a radar module operating at 5.8GHz. It adopts fixed-frequency, 

directional frequency, directional transmit and receive antenna (1TIR), 

integrated IF demodulation, signal amplification and digital processing 

functions, with delay settings, adjustable sensing range and light intensity 

detection and other capabilities.

The module has the features of no wall penetration, anti-interference, 

small size, no wall penetration, high stability, good consistency, 

and good suppression of clutter and high harmonics. 

Short initialisation time and fast detection mode. 

Suitable for embedded hidden installation, 

not affected by temperature/humidity, oil smoke, 

water mist, etc., 

can be widely used in all kinds of mobile sensing scenes.

Attention:

* The delay time is the time to keep the state after triggering, 

the default value is 5s;

* Blocking time is the time to trigger again without response after 

the output state is flipped, the default value is 2s; and

The default value is 2s;

* Power on initialisation: after the module is powered on and the IO port 

output is high for 4s, the light is extinguished and then after another 3s 

to start the normal detection mode.



Tip Notes

* Results may vary with different test environments or moving targets;

* The metal casing has a shielding effect on electromagnetic waves, 

which affects the perceived distance;

* There are errors in the sensing distance, 

and there will be uncertainty in the weak sensing area;

* After switching on and off 3 times in a row during the test, 

it enters into the fast test mode on the 4th power-on, 

with a delay of 5s, and the distance defaults to the normal value. 

After testing and power off, next time directly power on, 

the default into the normal mode of operation;
