Need to implement PWM temperature control function conditions:
1. The fan is a 4pin PWM fan. This is very important. There are many motherboards with 4-pin connectors they atr not true PWM fan jacks. They are regulated by voltage and need attention. This type motherboard cannot implement PWM control fans.
2. Connect the 4-pin fan connector on the motherboard. The BIOS turns on the PWM function.
