6.1If our products has quality problems,we accept exchange or return within a month,and repair within 3 months after buyer receive packages.

I need to be able to speak to somebody or we can talk back-and-forth because I still haven't got the quad copter flying and I purchased the ready to fly I shouldn't have to be going through all this trouble not for what I paid for and I was gonna buy another one too but I don't think so If I can't get this line I'm going to need to get my money back

Hi this is Charlene I still have a problem with getting a quad copter flying you did send me videos I seen the one on the controller but you didn't give me the website so I could download the GPS and calibrate it What I paid for was ready to fly and I'm going through all these troubles and I still haven't got it flying I was going to purchase another one but I don't think so I need somebody to contact me because if I can't get this line I want to get my money back I need somebody to contact me because if I can't get this line I want to get my money back Because I spent close to $400 if not for broken plug up your because I spent close to $400 if not for broken cord copter or one that's not ready to fly That's not what I purchased I purchased a quad copter that was ready to fly

Customer service response time I bought a S550. F550 quad copter RTF got it three days ago and connected it to the battery and it won't fly there was no directions no instructions had a bag with two wires some tiedowns nobody's gotten back to me for paying 400 and I bought other things from you I would think you guys would respond to me because customer service says and 7satisfied we can send it back i'd wish somebody would contact me just tell me how to get it to fly because I bought it ready to fly
